2. Service Description
SpaceByte Cloud Storage offers secure, end to end encrypted cloud storage with zero knowledge encryption for files, documents, images, and media. We offer both free and paid plans for personal, business, and enterprise users, with scalable storage and bandwidth options.
3. Eligibility
To use our services, you must:
Be at least 18 years old or the age of majority in your jurisdiction.
Provide accurate and complete registration information.
Use the service only for lawful purposes.
4. User Account
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.
You are responsible for all activities that occur under your account.
You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized use or security breach.
5. Usage Policy
You agree not to use the service to:
Store or distribute any content that is illegal, harmful, abusive, harassing, pornographic, or violates any law.
Infringe upon any copyright, trademark, or proprietary rights.
Store or share malware, viruses, or any other malicious content.
Interfere with the security or operation of the Service or other users’ experiences.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts violating this policy.
6. Data Storage and Access
All files are stored securely using AES-256 encryption.
We do not access your account unless required for support, legal, or security purposes.
You retain ownership of your data at all times.
7. Plans, Billing, and Refunds
You agree to pay all applicable fees as per the chosen plan.
Subscription fees are billed in advance and are non-refundable except as required by law.
If your subscription expires, it must be renewed within 15 days to avoid suspension or permanent deletion of your account.
Accounts that remain inactive for more than 45 consecutive days may be subject to deletion without prior notice.
We reserve the right to change pricing without any prior notice.
8. Fair Usage Policy
We may enforce a Fair Usage Policy to ensure performance for all users:
Excessive bandwidth or abusive behavior may result in throttling or account review.
Our services are not to be used for hosting or streaming public media or hotlinking.
9. Third-Party Integrations
The Service may integrate with third-party applications and APIs. We are not responsible for the actions or data practices of third-party services.
10. Account Termination
We reserve the right to:
Suspend or terminate your account if you breach these terms.
Delete inactive accounts after extended periods.
Remove content that violates our policies.
You may cancel your subscription at any time. Your data may be deleted permanently upon account termination.
Failing to renew can cause data deletion in next 15 days. Your account may get suspended due to informal and inappropriate behavior with our team, and it will be permanently deleted within the next 15 minutes.
11. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for:
Any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
Loss of data, revenue, or profits resulting from use of the Service.
Any delay or failure due to causes beyond our control.
12. Privacy Policy
Your use of the Service is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which outlines how we collect, use, and protect your information.
13. Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes your acceptance. Material changes will be communicated via email or on the website.
14. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes will be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of Ahmedabad, Gujarat.
By registering, making payment or continuing to use the Services, the Customer agrees to be bound by the Terms of Service, including the governing law and jurisdiction provisions.
